Truffle Hunting and Cooking Class

Enjoy the magic of Tuscany's dense woodlands as you wander with your specially trained canine companion, who will sniff out truffles. After your hike, relax at a picturesque farmhouse and savor a quick snack featuring your freshly unearthed truffles. Under the guidance of a professional Italian chef, you'll create two different types of pasta from scratch, along with sauces that perfectly complement the truffles.

IN THE MORNING (10:00 - 12:30)

• Meet our truffle hunter and his dog for a 2-hour adventure in Tuscany's woodlands.
• Enjoy a brunch with a truffle and wine pairing.

IN THE AFTERNOON (14:00 - 18:00)

• Take a guided tour of the castle winery.
• Join a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Alexandra, where you'll learn to make pasta from scratch using the truffles you found.
• Menu: Hand-made pasta, main course, and dessert.
• Wine pairing with Brunello di Montalcino wines.
