Enjoy the magic of Tuscany's dense woodlands as you wander with your specially trained canine companion, who will sniff out truffles. After your hike, relax at a picturesque farmhouse and savor a quick snack featuring your freshly unearthed truffles. Under the guidance of a professional Italian chef, you'll create two different types of pasta from scratch, along with sauces that perfectly complement the truffles.

IN THE MORNING (10:00 - 12:30)

Meet our truffle hunter and his dog for a 2-hour adventure in Tuscany's woodlands.
Enjoy a brunch with a truffle and wine pairing.

IN THE AFTERNOON (14:00 - 18:00)

Take a guided tour of the castle winery.
Join a hands-on cooking class led by Chef Alexandra, where you'll learn to make pasta from scratch using the truffles you found.
Menu: Hand-made pasta, main course, and dessert.
Wine pairing with Brunello di Montalcino wines.
