This experience includes a Tuscan cooking class and a candlelit dinner on the castle’s terrace as you watch the sunset.

Create a lovely 4-course meal (pasta, main course with side dish, and dessert) using the freshest local ingredients, all while our professional chef shares the history and traditions behind each dish. As you cook, soak in the romantic scenery of the castle, enjoy laughter together, and sip on a glass of Sangiovese!

After preparing each course, sit down just in time to savor the sunset over the vineyard hills. Our staff will serve each dish with expert wine pairings from the castle’s cellar.
