Cooking Experience will arrange everything according to your chosen menu, using fresh, seasonal ingredients like fruits and vegetables. Get hands-on and learn to make typical Tuscan dishes such as homemade pasta and local sweets.

Your villa should have the necessary kitchen equipment and space for the class, and Chef Alexandra will ensure everything runs smoothly. The course includes the preparation of a full Tuscan menu, paired with prestigious local wines.

Hands-on cooking class: guided step-by-step by our chefs, learn how to make pasta from scratch, shape different traditional Tuscan and Italian pastas and also how to make sauces. Two different pasta recipes will be made.
Food storytelling: with our chef, learn the secrets of local ingredients and the connections between recipes and Tuscan fascinating history and culture.
Lunch/Dinner with the dishes made during the class and other delicacies.
Four-course menu: appetizer, first course, second course and dessert, all based in traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Beverage: 3 wines (as wine tasting) paired with the dishes.
