Cancellation Policies

If the arrival is more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be considered a no-show. In this case, the winery will not be obliged to provide the experience, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will also be considered a no-show and are non-refundable. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a 100% refund. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
