We will then go to the winemaking cellar where we will talk about how we make wine, visiting the first part of aging in wood, the bottle warehouse and the historic cellar where the old Brunello vintages are kept.
Then returning to the old cellar dedicated to the barrels for refining Brunello, after the explanation of how Brunello ages we will move on to the tasting. This will be among the barrels where we will taste the Rosé (if available), the Rosso di Montalcino, the Brunello di Montalcino from the latest vintage and three other Brunellos from older vintages.
