In a land of ancient civilization—dense with art and history, characterized by a landscape of oak, chestnut, olive, pine, and vineyards, amidst hills dotted with cypress trees—three Ridolfi families emerged in Florence in 1290, from a branch of an ancient Tuscan lineage. One of these—the Ridolfi di Borgo—originated the Sienese branch known as "dalla Contrada," where it owned its own estates.
For centuries, priors, gonfalonieri, and illustrious figures stood out under its aegis. Today, that same coat of arms shines on the labels of a major winery.
It is a tenacious pursuit of excellence, the legacy of a noble Tuscan taste that has been passed down intact throughout history.
