Panoramic Tour & Wine Tasting

1. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in experiences offered by Terra di Seta, including guided tours, wine tastings, paired lunches/dinners, panoramic tours, cooking classes, and any private experiences.

2. Reservations

2.1 All activities are available by reservation only .
2.2 A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
2.3 It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and up-to-date contact information.

3. Prices and payments

3.1 The prices of the experiences are indicated on the website and may be updated without notice.
3.2 Unless otherwise specified, payment is due at the time of booking or on-site before the activity begins.
3.3 Some experiences may require a non-refundable deposit , which will be indicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Change Policy

4.1 The customer can cancel his reservation by communicating it via email.
4.2 Unless otherwise communicated, the following standard policy applies:

Wine Tour Experiences:

• Cancellations up to 10 days in advance : full refund.

• Cancellations between 10 and 2 days before : 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 2 days or no-show: no refund;

Tavern

• • In case of cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the experience, a penalty of €35 will be applied, which will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
  • In case of no show (failure to show up without notice), a fee of €35 will still be charged.

4.3 Date or time changes are subject to availability.

4.4 In case of adverse weather conditions, organizational problems or force majeure, Terra di Seta can:

1. propose a date change,

2. modify the program while maintaining an equivalent level of quality,

3. cancel the experience with a full refund .

5. Punctuality

5.1 Maximum punctuality is required.

6. Participant requirements

6.1 The minimum age for wine tasting is 18 years .
6.2 Children and minors may participate in visits if accompanied by an adult.
6.3 It is the customer's responsibility to report any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking .
6.4 The experiences include tours in the cellar or outdoors: appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear are recommended.

7. Private experiences

7.1 Private experiences are organized on request and subject to availability.
7.2 Prices, duration and included services will be agreed upon in advance.

8. Limitations of liability

8.1 Terra di Seta is not responsible for:

• loss or damage to personal property of participants,

• injuries caused by careless behavior of visitors,

• delays due to external causes beyond the company's control.
  8.2 Participants are required to follow the instructions of the staff during the visit.

9. Photographs and contents

9.1 During the experiences, you may be permitted to take photographs or create personal content.
9.2 The company may take group or environmental photos for communication purposes: customers can ask not to be included .

10. Privacy

10.1 The personal data collected during the booking will be processed in compliance with current legislation and used only for organizational purposes.

11. Applicable law and competent court  

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the company is based, unless otherwise provided by law.
