Immerse yourself in the heart of La Combarbia with our standard wine experience. This tour lasting about an hour and a half invites you to explore the soul of our winemaking process, a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.

Your journey begins with a guided tour of our authentic cellar, where we reveal the secrets of our craft. Learn about our production facilities, the spontaneous fermentation process, and the art of barrel aging that gives our wines their unique character.

Following the tour, indulge in a curated tasting of four of our finest wines.
Sample the elegance of our Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, the vibrant notes of Vino Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, and the distinct flavors of our IGT wines.

Each sip tells a story of our land, our history, and our dedication to excellence.

This enriching experience is priced at €20 per person. However, if you fall in love with our wines and decide to make a purchase directly from our winery or order at least six bottles for shipping, we will waive the tasting fee as a token of our gratitude.

Combarbia is an authentic family-run winery deeply connected to its origins, that tries to make the most of respect for its land.

Our company was founded at the beginning of the sixties, on the initiative of Novilio Mariani, who, having settled with his family in the Cervognano area and precisely in what is indicated in the ancient cadastral maps as "Villa Elvira", was the first to dedicate his family, to the production of wine. The Cervognano area has in fact been known since ancient times with the ancient Etruscans for its natural predisposition to the cultivation of vines.

THE MEANING BEHIND A NAME "Combarbia" signifies more than just a name. It literally means "crossroads," a place where paths converge and diverge. In the Tuscan dialect, to "go to the Combarbia" meant gathering, often in rooms adjacent to the village church, to enjoy a carefree evening together after a hard day's work, sharing wine and stories, and rejuvenating both body and spirit. This profound meaning inspires our company philosophy and our vision of wine as a symbol of peace and a special moment of sharing among people.
