The following is the cancellation policy applicable to the end customer, as also indicated in the booking voucher:

• In the event of cancellation communicated up to 7 (seven) days before the date scheduled for the provision of the service, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• In the event of cancellation communicated after the deadline indicated above, or in the event of a no-show by the Customer, no refund will be granted.
