It is possible to cancel the reservation until 7 days prior to the hour and day of the reservation, after that the entire amount will not be refunded. Times of emission of the reimbursement is of 10 working days. For cancellation prior to the week, we will refund the entire amount not including Stripe commissions which are calculated according to the amount.
