The Pecci Celestino Company takes its name from its owner who, following the call of the land that gives you so much but also demands so much, purchased the two farmhouses and the land of about 40 ha. going against what was the "project" created for him.

Celestino was born in a farmhouse near the suggestive Romanesque Abbey of Sant'Antimo, about 5 km from Montalcino. Those were different times and for him, the youngest of 6 children, his parents Guido and Maddalena had dreamed of a job as an employee; those were the years in which people fled the countryside to follow the dream of the city; those were the post-war years, where everything had to be conquered; those were the years in which Celestino decided to rewrite his story. It was 1968 when the story of the Pecci Celestino Company began, a story of difficulties and sacrifices but surrounded by love and passion and with a happy ending... Celestino did not face this journey alone: his family and that of his wife Idria have always remained at his side, capable of transforming the days of harvesting and grape harvesting into celebrations.

Ours is a simple family tied to tradition and that does not want to forget its origins; for this reason, a vineyard is named after Maddalena, Celestino's mother, who passed away in 2000 but is still present in the memories of the days spent together between stornelli and stories of youth. Today, the Company is still the same as it was then but it is led by Tiziana Pecci followed by the attentive and proud gaze of her father Celestino, who sees in her the passion for the land that was and still is his.
